Kris Catlett, Owner & Founder
Kris brings more than 25 years of carpentry experience to Valley Renovation. A couple of decades ago, he discovered a passion for remodeling — the challenge of transforming existing spaces into something better — and has been refining his craft ever since.
In 2022, Kris launched Valley Renovation to combine his experience in the field with his strong business instincts and commitment to clear communication. He approaches every project with the mindset of building trust first, knowing that thoughtful planning and craftsmanship go hand in hand.
When he’s not on a job site, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and children, camping in the RV, playing and listening to music, and watching a great comedy.
Ryan, Lead Carpenter
Ryan has served as Valley Renovation’s lead carpenter since 2024 and has worked alongside Kris since 2019. With decades of hands-on remodeling experience, he brings deep technical knowledge to every project and especially excels at finish carpentry — where precision and craftsmanship truly show.
Clients consistently praise Ryan for his professionalism, friendliness, and steady presence on the job site. He has a natural ability to make homeowners feel comfortable in their own homes during construction, and his integrity and reliability are evident in every detail of his work.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and playing with his grandchildren.
Dawson, Carpenter
Dawson joined Valley Renovation in the summer of 2025. He brings energy, strength, and a strong work ethic to the team, along with a sharp eye for detail. He takes pride in getting things right and approaches each project with curiosity and determination.
Remodeling appeals to Dawson because no two days are the same — every wall hides a new puzzle to solve. He is a fast learner who values quality craftsmanship and enjoys contributing to work he can stand behind.
In his free time, Dawson enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, working out, and reading manga.
