Valley Renovation recently remodeled our kitchen from top to bottom. People can’t find any trace of our old kitchen in the new one.
Kris was wonderful to work with and always receptive to questions and suggestions. We were so impressed by how meticulous he is about everything, including leaving no construction mess behind when he or any of the subcontractors finished for the night.

With three full and two half-bathrooms completely renovated, a rock-solid and beautiful new back deck, an upgraded primary bedroom with new closet and storage space, and many other smaller upgrades, my home—built in 1910—has been magically transformed.
Kris, Ryan, and Dawson make an amazing team. They made this extensive project, which I had dreaded and delayed for years, an unexpectedly wonderful experience.
Because I had never been through such a thorough renovation, I asked Valley Renovation to guide me through many of the decisions homeowners usually make on their own. I trusted them, and they delivered far beyond anything I could have imagined.
The bathrooms on all three floors are perfect. The dilapidated—and dangerous—old deck has been replaced and completely elevates the exterior. My primary bedroom has never felt so calm and beautiful. Everything Valley Renovation and its excellent subcontractors completed was in keeping with, and enhanced, the character of my home.
Above all, Kris, Ryan, and Dawson are great people. They are good listeners, responsive to questions and requests, respectful, honest, and very personable. Once again, a big thank-you and heartfelt gratitude to Valley Renovation.

On a more helpful side note, Valley Renovation is very responsive to good-quality maple bars. They can tell the difference! Pavlov was right—they are similarly motivated. However, good maple bars do not ensure the homeowner will receive the newer, bigger, bolder front-yard sign that the next guy got. Just saying!

Kris and his staff did a great job with our front porch renovation.
We suspected there were grading and waterproofing issues beneath the old porch, but he came up with good solutions for everything.
We now have a much sturdier, more beautiful porch and railing, along with a new walkway.
