This sober women’s home relied on an enclosed sunroom for pantry storage but struggled with extreme temperatures due to poor insulation and excessive glazing.
We gutted and reframed the exterior walls to accommodate smaller, energy-efficient transom windows, added substantial insulation to the walls and ceiling, upgraded electrical systems, installed a more secure exterior door, and added a wall heater to protect against winter freezing.
The result is a safer, more functional, and climate-controlled space.
