Expanded Storage and Smoother Flow
After purchasing their home, the owners wanted a larger walk-in closet. We reallocated space from the oversized bedroom and more than doubled the closet’s size, adding modular storage and a new exterior door from the patio (near the hot tub) into the closet and bathroom area.
Additional updates included:
New cabinets, paint, trim, and fixtures in the laundry room
New vanity, countertop, trim, and paint in the guest bathroom
Additional cabinetry in the kitchen to match existing finishes for increased storage
New closet doors in the office
Security camera installation
A recirculating plumbing system for improved efficiency and convenience
