Boe Bathroom

A Full Refresh Without Changing the Footprint

This 1990 primary bathroom had grown dark, dated, and worn over time. While the layout remained workable, nearly every surface and system needed attention.

We took the room down to the studs and rebuilt it from the ground up. The project included a new window, a custom vanity with a stone countertop, a tiled shower, updated fixtures, new flooring, fresh drywall and paint, upgraded lighting, ventilation improvements, and new trim and doors.

A leaking toilet had damaged the subfloor, which we repaired and reinforced before rebuilding.

Though the footprint remained the same, the finished space is completely transformed — brighter, cleaner, and built to perform for decades.

Project Investment: $28,000 (2023)
