Nass Remodel
Opening the Way to a Better Layout
Built in 1990, this well-constructed home had strong bones but a cramped basement entry and an outdated bathroom. The narrow hallway from the garage created a bottleneck, and the existing shower made the bathroom feel dark and tight.
We removed select walls to widen the hallway and improve circulation. In the bathroom, we eliminated the enclosed shower and installed a larger, open corner shower that immediately made the room feel lighter and more expansive.
A new tile floor, updated fixtures, and refreshed finishes brought the space into the present, while strategic closet adjustments allowed us to improve the hallway without sacrificing bedroom storage.
The result is a basement level that feels open, fresh, and thoughtfully reconfigured.
