Budget-Conscious — Without Compromise

This 1947 home had undergone multiple improper remodels over the years, including unsafe wiring hidden beneath the flooring. The kitchen was outdated, poorly lit, and no longer functional.

We took the space down to the studs and rebuilt it correctly from the ground up. The client arrived prepared with clear plans and priorities, and we worked closely together to deliver maximum impact within a strict budget.

We relocated a corner window to center it on the wall, improving natural light and backyard views. New flooring was extended down the hallway for continuity. Custom cabinetry, updated appliances, modern fixtures, and layered lighting created a kitchen that feels both welcoming and highly functional.

Though designed with budget in mind, the final result feels anything but modest — proof that thoughtful planning and craftsmanship matter more than price tags.

Project Investment: $63,000 (2025)
