Modern Comfort in a Historic Home

Built in 1910, this home had not seen meaningful updates since the early 1990s. The bathrooms were carpeted, the fixtures were failing, and long-standing hard-water issues had taken a visible toll. What began as a repair from a leaking toilet quickly evolved into a full transformation.

We completed a comprehensive remodel of three bathrooms and added a new closet to the primary bedroom. Each bathroom was rebuilt with updated plumbing, durable finishes, and thoughtful layouts that honor the home’s history while delivering modern comfort.

After installing the new bedroom closet, we repainted the entire room to create a cohesive, refreshed feel. The homeowner trusted us to guide material and fixture selections, and together we created spaces that feel clean, bright, and built for the next generation of use.

Completed in time for a Thanksgiving family gathering, the newly transformed spaces offered both nostalgia and renewal — honoring the home’s past while elevating its future.

Project Investment: $136,600 (2025)
